<p>Ability to give thanks and see the positive in any situation is important, but we can see that it is rampant in society quite the opposite. In many situations, we are so easily lamented prolonged with various situations that we face. In the political world, we more often see politicians complain or vent in the mass media, how he was wronged and attacked political opponents. Is it unethical actions in business and politics are so dominant, so we often felt they had no control over external factors? Or, not consciously aware of, we perform manipulative actions, namely complaining to stimulate compassion, to get attention, even get the &#8220;power&#8221;?<br />

<p>Instead of complaining about &#8220;My job is boring&#8221;, we had better say that we&#8217;re evaluating things that are important in our work. And if ever need the added value of other places, we can say it&#8217;s time to find another job.</p>
